I understand foam, water, and outdoor play surfaces can be slippery. I agree to provide adult supervision for all guests, keep the machine and foam area away from unsafe surfaces, electrical hazards, roadways, pools, and open flames, and follow all setup and use directions from Foam Party MKE. By signing, I voluntarily assume the risks connected with the foam rental and agree that I will not hold Foam Party MKE, its owners, staff, or contractors responsible or liable for any injury, illness, property damage, cleanup cost, or other loss arising from the event, guest participation, site conditions, foam gel, foam area, or use of the rented equipment, except where prohibited by law. I release and hold harmless Foam Party MKE from claims brought by me, my guests, minors in my care, property owners, or other event attendees. I accept responsibility for guest participation, property access, adult supervision, and any damage beyond normal use.

Four things to have ready for your foam party.

Water nearby

Have a water source within about 100 feet of the party area. We bring the 50-gallon container, pump, and hose.

Grounded outlet

Plan for a grounded 3-prong outlet within about 100 feet. Let us know about limited access in your setup notes.

Open foam zone

Allow at least 20 x 20 feet of clear, adult-supervised space, away from pools, roads, flames, and obstacles.

Towels and dry clothes

Guests will get wet. Swimsuits or play clothes, towels, and a dry change of clothes keep everyone comfortable.

What is included in the rental?

Your package includes a professional Foam Daddy machine, delivery, setup, pickup, a 50-gallon water container, pump, hose, and gel for 2 hours / about 400 gallons of foam. You provide nearby water, power, and adult supervision.

How much does a foam party cost?

The Mega Machine package is $350 and the Large Cannon package is $399. Both include 2 hours of foam. Extra foam gel is $45 per additional hour, up to 6 hours total. A $100 refundable damage deposit is added at checkout, making the standard totals $450 and $499 before any coupon.

When is the damage deposit refunded?

The $100 damage deposit is refundable after pickup once the machine and accessories have been checked in and inspected. It is listed separately from your rental price at checkout.

How far ahead should I book?

Book at least 7 days before your party. We accept one rental per day, and the calendar shows dates available to reserve. Your date is secured after successful payment.

Does someone stay to run the party?

This is an equipment rental with delivery, setup, and pickup. You are responsible for adult supervision throughout the event and for following the setup and use directions provided with your rental.

How much space do I need?

A 20 x 20 foot outdoor area is a strong starting point. Larger yards, driveways, or paved areas can work too when they are clear and supervised.

Will guests get wet?

Yes. Foam feels light and fluffy, but water is part of the fun. Towels and dry clothes make the end of the party easier.

Is there cleanup?

Foam naturally dissipates after the event. The area can stay wet afterward, so choose a surface where that is okay.

Can foam go near a pool?

No. The foam area should stay away from pools, roads, electrical hazards, open flames, and any surface that becomes unsafe when wet.

What should kids wear?

Comfortable summer clothes, swimsuits, or clothes that can get wet work best. Bare feet may not be right for every surface.

How do weather calls work?

Foam parties are generally outdoor events. If weather changes look unsafe, contact us to coordinate the best next step.
